Large openings, the right gear
On sliding doors, sash weight, track type, roller carriage and gear depend on each other. One wrong choice or a missing accessory means a door that does not work on site.
The Sliding Door Robot is being trained on rules compiled from system catalogues: sash and track cuts, roller and gear selection, hardware and gasket quantities. The target output is the fabrication sheet, cutting list, hardware quantities and the work-request and order forms.
Input and output
The robot takes files as they are; the output comes out in the form the workshop, purchasing and site teams use directly.
