Is the calculation really free?
Yes, for projects supplied with TRAX products. For third-party products we charge a fixed fee per load case.
Which design codes do you use?
EN 1992-4 for anchorage, EN 1993 for steel brackets, plus national annexes. Other codes on request.
Can you supply in cracked concrete?
Yes — most of our channels and post-installed fixings are approved for cracked concrete and seismic category C2.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard products ship within 5 working days; special brackets within 3–4 weeks including testing.
