Plans and sections, or a 3D model, plus a few words about what the drawing should explain.

Can I use the drawing anywhere?

Yes — you get a licence for all your marketing, press and competition use. I keep the right to show it in my portfolio.

Do you work with overseas clients?

Often. Everything happens online, in English or Japanese.
