How long does a masterplan take?
Between six and eighteen months, including community engagement and the planning scheme amendment.
Do you work outside Victoria?
Yes — across Australia and occasionally in New Zealand, often with local partners.
Can you test a site before we buy it?
Our two-week capacity studies tell you what a site can realistically hold, and what the community will need from it.
Do you use data or just drawings?
Both. Every plan is tested with walking times, canopy cover and housing numbers before it's drawn nicely.
