Questions
How long is the waiting list?
Usually eight to fourteen weeks for catalogue pieces and three to six months for commissions. We'll give you a firm date when you order.
Do you need a deposit?
A third when you order, the rest when the piece is ready. For built-in work we split payments into four stages.
How do I look after an oiled finish?
Wipe spills, dust with a damp cloth, and re-oil once a year. We include a tin of oil and a cloth with every piece.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, to Europe by specialist carrier. Larger pieces are made to come apart without tools.
