Do you work with international clients?
Yes — many of our clients live abroad. We handle permits, contractors and site supervision, and send a photo report every week.
Can you help us buy a property?
We offer pre-purchase surveys covering structure, permits and restoration costs, so you know what you are buying.
How long does a restoration take?
Typically 18 to 36 months including permits. Heritage approvals can take 4 to 9 months.
Do you design outside Campania and Puglia?
Occasionally, in Basilicata, Calabria and Sicily, for projects that suit our way of working.
