How early should we contact you?
As early as possible — ideally before you buy a site or set a budget. Our feasibility studies often save more than they cost.
Do you work outside Norway?
Yes. We have completed projects in Denmark, Sweden and Germany and work with trusted local partners for permits and site supervision.
How are your fees calculated?
Usually as a percentage of construction cost or as a fixed fee per phase. We will send a clear fee proposal after our first meeting.
Can you take on small projects?
We take on a few private houses and interiors each year, chosen for their potential rather than their size.
