Atelier

Atelier Socle is the studio of Camille Ferrand, trained as an architect and a bronze caster. Since 2016 she has made objects that sit between sculpture and design.

“I design the plinth before the object. The pedestal decides how you will look.”

Every piece starts as a full-size model in clay or plaster in the atelier, then goes to one of three foundries and workshops in France that we have worked with for years.
