FAQ
What size of project do you take on?
From a single house extension to around 150 homes. Below that we often recommend a local practice we trust.
Do you work outside Scotland?
Yes — we have built in northern England and are open to projects across the UK and Ireland.
How do you charge?
A fixed fee per stage, agreed in writing before we start. No percentage fees and no surprises.
Can you work with our contractor?
Yes. We often work in design-and-build contracts and stay on as client's representative.
