Do I need to be good at drawing for a workshop?
Not at all. Most people who come say they "can't draw". By lunch they can.
Do you only design houses?
Mostly houses, plus small public buildings like libraries and pavilions.
Can you draw my building from a photo?
Yes — a few good photos are enough. I'll send a pencil draft before the final ink.
