The Maison
Since 2005
An interior architecture house in Paris and Monaco, with its own ateliers for joinery, upholstery and lighting.
The founder
“A room is finished when you no longer notice the design — only how you feel.”
Trained at the École Boulle and in the workshops of the Faubourg Saint-Antoine, Hélène Verdane spent a decade restoring historic interiors before founding the maison. Her work is defined by restraint, provenance and an obsessive attention to how materials age.

Les ateliers
Made by hand, in Paris.
Our ateliers in the 11th arrondissement employ ébénistes, upholsterers, gilders and a lighting maker. Every bespoke piece we design is made under our roof — and every one is signed.
