II

Construction management at-risk

We join during design, commit to a guaranteed maximum price and return savings to you at close-out.

III

General contracting

Competitive lump-sum bids on completed documents, with the same field leadership and safety programme.

IV

Design-build

One contract for design and construction, led by Stanwick with architects and engineers we know well.

V

Self-performed work

Questions

Frequently asked.

Something else? Our preconstruction team answers within one business day.

What is a guaranteed maximum price?

Under CM at-risk, we commit to a ceiling price once design is sufficiently developed. If the final cost is lower, the savings are returned to you; if it is higher, Stanwick absorbs the overrun.

Can you work under public procurement rules?

Yes. Roughly half of our work is for public owners. We are familiar with state and local procurement statutes for CM at-risk, design-build and competitive sealed bids across Virginia, North Carolina and DC.

How do you select subcontractors?

Through open, documented bidding to prequalified firms. We review safety records, financial strength and capacity, and we publish bid results to the owner.

What size of project do you take on?

Typically $5 million to $300 million. Our special projects group handles smaller renovations and repeat work for existing clients.

Do you provide bonds and insurance certificates?

Performance and payment bonds are available up to $750 million per project through our A-rated surety. Certificates are included in our prequalification packet.
