Yes. Altair 58 is in a freehold zone, and buyers of any nationality can own their residence outright. Our team works with independent lawyers in five languages.
Is my money protected during construction?
All payments go into a regulated escrow account and are released only against progress certified by an independent engineer.
What are the service charges?
Estimated at $5.80 per m² per month, covering all amenities, concierge, security, cleaning and building insurance.
Can I rent out my residence?
Yes, on long or short lets. Halden Residences offers a full rental management programme for owners who prefer it.
Is parking included?
