Our story

Two families, one standard.

The Ashcombe and Lisle families began by restoring a single terrace house in Kensington. Thirty years later we still work the same way: we buy buildings we would want to live in, keep what deserves to be kept, and hold ourselves to the standard of the people who built them.

We retain the freehold of every building we complete and stay on as its managing agent. When something needs attention in ten years' time, you will still be talking to us.
