Reservation
A reservation fee of £10,000 holds the residence for 21 days while solicitors are instructed.

Exchange
Contracts are exchanged with a 10% deposit; a further 10% is due twelve months later.

Choose finishes, joinery and kitchen options with Studio Mavel before the cut-off date.

Completion
Final inspection with our aftercare team, payment of the balance and the keys.

When will the building be complete?
The building is under construction, with completion of the first residences planned for spring 2027 and the penthouses in summer 2027. Your solicitor will receive a long-stop date in the contract.
What is the service charge?
The estimated service charge is £14.50 per ft² per year and covers the concierge, garden, pool and spa, building insurance and the reserve fund. A detailed budget is available on request.
Is parking included?
One space is included with every residence of three bedrooms or more, and penthouses include two. Additional spaces can be purchased, subject to availability.
Can overseas buyers purchase?
Yes. Our sales team regularly works with buyers abroad and can recommend independent solicitors and mortgage advisors. Viewings by video call are available.
Are pets allowed?
Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome. The building has a dog-washing room next to the mews entrance.
Can I change the layout?
Buyers who reserve before the specification cut-off can choose between layout options for selected residences, and between two interior palettes and a range of upgrades.
