FAQ

Questions buyers ask.

Can non-residents buy a villa?

Yes. Buyers from anywhere can purchase. You will need a foreign tax number and a local bank account, and our team can arrange both with an independent lawyer.

Are payments protected?

All payments before completion are held in a separate account and covered by a bank guarantee until you receive the keys.

Can I rent my villa out?

Yes. Every villa is eligible for a holiday rental licence, and our owner services team can manage bookings, cleaning and guests for you.

When will the villas be ready?

Levels A and B complete in spring 2027; Levels C and D in summer 2028. The show villa on Level C is open now.

What are the running costs?

The community fee is about €420 a month for a villa, covering the beach club, spa, security, roads and gardens. Pool and garden care is optional.
