02What we process
We only process what you give us by email and the technical records the site needs to run:
- Contact
- The name and email address in your message; company, job title and phone if you include them.
- Correspondence
- The content of your email and our later correspondence.
- Attachments
- The STEP, DWG, Excel, PDF and similar files you attach. These are technical drawings, but title blocks, revision tables or file properties may contain people's names.

Processing is directly related to entering into a contract at your request (pre-contract stage).

Our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

04How long we keep it
- Your emails and attachments are deleted or anonymised 12 months after your enquiry is closed. An enquiry is closed when your question is answered, when the demo and quote are complete, or when you withdraw it.
- If the job goes ahead, contract and invoice records are kept for the period required by law (e.g. 10 years for commercial books and documents).
- Server access logs are kept for the hosting provider's technical retention period.
05Who we share it with
- Hosting and email
- DorukNet (Türkiye). The site and your emails are held on this provider's servers in Türkiye, as our data processor.
- Public authorities
- Only where there is a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority, to the extent the law allows.
- Abroad: AI and cloud tools
- If you send files by email, we may use AI and cloud storage tools with servers outside Türkiye (e.g. in the US and the EU) to process them. We never give these tools your contact details (name, email, phone, company); we remove personal details in the files (such as names in title blocks) as far as possible and process only the technical content. These transfers follow the rules in Article 9 of the KVKK.
- Abroad: fonts
- Fonts on the home page and robot pages are served from our own server. The template preview pages (/templates/ and /demo/) load fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC, US); when you open those pages, your IP address and browser details are sent to Google.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
06Cookies and analytics
