Window Robot

Cutting lists, corner joints, drainage, glazing and setting blocks and fabrication sheets for aluminium windows.

In training: the robot is being tested on approved past jobs. Files in this field are processed together with an engineer for now; you can still send one for a demo.

From drainage to setting blocks

The hidden details cause the most trouble on a window sheet: drainage and pressure-equalisation holes, bead and gasket choice by glass thickness, setting-block positions.

The Window Robot is being trained on these rules from system catalogues: cut formulae, corner joints, drainage positions, glazing tables and block placement. The target output is the fabrication sheet, cutting and glazing lists, gasket and accessory quantities, and the work-request and order forms.

What you send, what you get back

Your files come in as they are; the output goes out in the form the workshop, purchasing and site teams use directly.

Frequently asked questions

When will this robot be ready?

Training means rebuilding approved past jobs with the robot and turning every difference into a rule. When it is ready, the status label on this page changes.

Can I send files already?

Yes. Work in fields still in training is run together with an engineer for now; send your files through the demo form.

How is the glazing determined?

Bead and gasket are chosen from catalogue tables by glass thickness; block positions follow the sash type.
