Cutting lists, corner joints, thresholds, lock and hinge machining and fabrication sheets for aluminium doors.

In training: the robot is being tested on approved past jobs. Files in this field are processed together with an engineer for now; you can still send one for a demo.

Door fabrication that matches the catalogue

Door fabrication leaves little room for error. Profile cuts, corner joints, threshold and brush details, lock and hinge machining must match the system catalogue exactly.

The Door Robot is being trained on rules compiled from the system suppliers' fabrication catalogues: cut formulae, corner joints, gasket and accessory quantities, machining positions. The target output is the fabrication sheet, cutting list, accessory and gasket quantities, and the work-request and order forms.
